The growing concerns for safety and terrorism threats are driving demand for security officers
Concord Rusam is one of New York City’s leading security guard training schools and approved by the New York State Division of Criminal Justice Services to conduct mandated Security Guard Training. A security field offers flexibility with options of shifts and part-time opportunities.
The 8-hour Pre-Assignment Training Course is the first required course. This is a general introductory course.
The 16-hour course provides the student with detailed information on the duties and responsibilities of a security guard.
