When do your classes start?

Do you have weekday and weekend classes?

We understand that our students have families and work commitments, we try to accommodate the most anticipated situations, as a resultwe offer both weekday and weekend classes to fit the student’s needs. Class hours vary as well. While evening classes are offered in certain classes, you also have the ability to take other classes during the morning. In addition, Saturday classes are available for students that are unable to attend classes during the week. Please note that Saturday classes are double classes, which means you are in class for approximately 8 hours.

How long are the programs?

Program length depends on the program you are taking. The duration ranges from 3 weeks of classes to 6 months of classes.

Does the school offer internships / hands on training?

According to our NYSED approved curriculums, internship is mandatory in a line of programs offered at Concord Rusam.

Who teaches your courses?

Our courses are taught by highly qualified professional instructors that are licensed by the New York State Education Department with extensive experience in their corresponding fields.

How much do you charge for your programs?

Price depends on the duration of the course. All of the course prices are pre-approved by the NYSED. Please call, e-mail, or join our newsletter to receive the most up to date information on prices and schedule.

Do you offer payment plans?

As per our NYSED approved enrollment agreements we must have full payment due before classes start (excluding the Review Course for NCLEX-RN and Clinical Medical Assistant Program, where payment is divided into 2 payments).

What is the cost of books, CDs, supplies, etc.?

All of the supplies and reading material required for the course are included in the course price.

Do you offer financial aid?

Interest free loan and ITG vouchers are offered to students who qualify.

What types of payments are accepted at your school?

Registration and Requirements

How do I register for classes?

You may register online or by schedule an appointment to register person.

What documents are required for registration?

tab-icon

In order to register for our programs, a student must have at least a High School Diploma or a GED (some programs require higher education to qualify, e.g. the Review Course for NCLEX-RN Examination requires a Nurse Diploma). In addition to a high school diploma, students must bring proof of immigration status (Social Security card and a Green Card / Passport [foreign or U.S.]). If a student’s last name does not correspond to the last name in the High School Diploma, legal proof of name change must be presented.

When is your enrollment deadline?

Enrollment deadline is one week before the start date of a class. Please call, or sign up for our newsletter to receive more detailed information on course schedules and deadlines.

Does the school offer assistance in filing all the necessary documents and forms for nurse diploma evaluation in order to become eligible for NCLEX-RN examination?

Yes, absolutely. We are assisting our students at all the stages of the evaluation.

Does the school offer assistance in registration for different national exams?

Yes. We have all the necessary documents and application forms for registration to the national exams for all our programs.

What is the student teacher ratio?

We tend to keep our classes small so that each student’s needs are tended to individually by our instructors.

Is there job placement for graduate students?

Assistance in Resume building and written references are offered to every graduate who makes a request.

What position will I be employed as after the completion of your school?

You will be able to work in the corresponding career to the certificate you receive, e.g. if you receive a Patient Care Technician Certificate, then you may seek employment as a Patient Care Technician.
